By creating an account or using Brandix, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Brandix.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes on third-party rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Your content and generated output

You retain ownership of the content you upload. Subject to these terms, you own the AI-generated output produced for you. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it publicly.

Credits

Brandix uses a credit system to meter usage. Credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law, non-refundable once consumed.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Service provided "as is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
