How we use AI

Brandix uses third-party AI models to analyze uploads, generate visuals, and draft text. The specific models we use may change over time as we improve the service.

AI can make mistakes

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or offensive. Do not treat AI output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Before using any output publicly you must:

• Review it carefully for factual accuracy and tone.
• Verify any names, prices, dates or claims mentioned.
• Confirm you have the rights to any assets shown, including logos and trademarks.

No warranty of accuracy

We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You use AI output at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandix is not liable for any decision made, action taken, or damage suffered as a result of relying on AI-generated output.

How your inputs are used

We send your prompts and uploads to third-party AI model providers to produce output. We do not sell your inputs and do not use them to train external public models beyond the AI provider's standard terms.
