Brandix uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language), and measure how the app is used. Categories include:

  • Essential — authentication and session management.
  • Preferences — language and UI settings.
  • Analytics — aggregated usage metrics to improve the product.

Your control

You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and reset your preferences.

Credits & refund policy

Brandix operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed only when a generation is successfully delivered.

How credits work

Each successful AI generation deducts credits from your balance. New accounts receive a complimentary credit grant to try the service.

Failed generations

If a generation fails and no downloadable result is produced, no credits are charged.

Requesting a refund

If you believe you were charged credits for content you never received, contact us through the Contact Support button with your reference number and we will investigate.
